Which fabric weight should a yoga-wear buyer choose? The 230 GSM and 280 GSM fabrics discussed here are specified as 75% nylon and 25% elastane for cut-and-sew leggings. Fabric is cut into panels and joined with seams; this does not identify a particular stitch or knit structure. Weight alone does not establish softness, opacity or compression. Compare physical samples in the intended size and colour before choosing. The warehouse footage is not a controlled performance comparison.
Does custom dyeing have the same minimum as adding a logo? No. Stock styles with a logo start at 100 sets, with mixed colours and sizes. Full custom production is 300–500 pcs per style per colour; custom-dyeing feasibility and minimums also depend on the selected fabric. Confirm the fabric and colour requirements in the quotation.
