The full set

Your mark carried across the garment and the trim — one consistent identity.

What each application method actually does

The preview above is a simulation. These are the constraints that decide which method is right for your mark — the same figures our production team works to.

Three things the preview cannot tell you

We would rather say this here than have you find out on a sample.

  • Colour on screen is not colour on fabric. Dye lots, fabric base colour and thread ranges all shift the result. We match to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch, never to a screen.
  • Fine detail behaves differently at real size. A logo that reads well at 200 px on your monitor may be 25 mm wide on a waistband. Hairlines fill in on embroidery and lose definition on silicone; we tell you before tooling, not after.
  • Stretch changes geometry. A wide solid mark across a high-stretch panel distorts when worn and can restrict recovery. On those zones we split, shrink or move the artwork.

How to get from this preview to a real sample

  1. Build the placements you want and add each one to your kit.
  2. Send the kit to us with your logo file — vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal; a high-resolution PNG works for most methods.
  3. We come back with feasibility notes per placement, the method we recommend, and a quotation. Sampling runs 12–15 days for custom development; stock styles with your logo run 7 days.

Common questions

Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read in your browser and rendered on your own device. Nothing leaves your computer unless you choose to send us the kit.

Which method is best for leggings?
For waistbands, silicone and embroidery both hold up well and are the most common choices. On the leg panel — a high-stretch area — heat transfer or a smaller silicone mark usually behaves better than a large embroidered patch, which stiffens the fabric locally.

What is the smallest an embroidered logo can be?
Around 4 mm text height. Below that, stitches crowd and small counters fill in. If your mark has fine lines or small type, we either thicken it slightly or recommend silicone or print instead.

Does reflective work on any colour garment?
The film itself is silver-grey in daylight regardless of the garment. It reads best on dark fabrics because the daytime contrast is higher, but the night-time flash is the same on any base colour. What matters more is surface area: hairline marks reflect very little.

Can the same design run across garment, label, tag and packaging?
Yes, and it usually should. The method changes with the substrate — woven on a neck label, screen print or foil on a hang tag and poly bag — but the artwork stays the same. Build all of them into one kit and we quote them together.

What file do you need from me?
Vector is best: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. If you only have a raster file, send the largest version you have — at least 1000 px wide with a transparent background. We can redraw a simple mark to vector at no charge as part of sampling.

What is the minimum order?
Stock styles with your own logo start at 100 pieces in total — you mix styles, colours and sizes to reach it. Full custom development is 300–500 pieces per style per colour, depending on the style and the fabric it needs.
