Short answer: Seven brands with a plus-size activewear range you can buy online in the US are Beyond Yoga, Girlfriend Collective, Popflex, Snag, Spanx, Superfit Hero and Universal Standard. We picked them because each one sells leggings and other workout pieces in sizes past XL on its own US website, and lists sizes and prices there that anyone can check.

Updated October 2026. Compiled from each brand’s own US website; we did not wear-test these products.

Beyond Yoga

Beyond Yoga describes its range as “buttery-soft leggings, joggers, tees and sets”. Its Extended/Plus Sizes collection had 26 styles when we checked, all sold in XXS–4X: mostly knit tops, plus leggings, shorts, bras and joggers. The Spacedye Caught In The Midi High Waisted Legging ($99) comes in XXS–4X. Its listing gives a 28″ inseam and a 5″ waistband that “sits at natural waist”, and describes it as having “gentle compression” and no outside seam. Matching pieces such as the Spacedye racerback tanks are sold in the same extended sizes. Shop the Extended/Plus Sizes collection.

Girlfriend Collective

Girlfriend Collective says it “makes activewear out of recycled materials”. Its compressive leggings and compressive sports bras run XXS–6XL. The Compressive High-Rise Legging ($108) is offered in 23.75″, 28″ and 31″ inseams, and the brand describes it as its “#1 seller” and as made “from 25 recycled water bottles”. The Paloma Racerback Bra ($68), which it calls its best-selling bra, comes in the same XXS–6XL range. See the compressive leggings.

Popflex

Popflex, which its own site presents as “by Cassey Ho of Blogilates”, sells its leggings in XXS–3X. The Supersculpt Legging with Pockets ($70) comes in five lengths, each matched to a height: Extra Petite (under 5′), Petite (5’1″–5’3″), Regular (5’4″–5’7″), Tall (5’8″–5’11”) and Extra Tall (6′ and over). So a plus-size shopper can pick a length by height as well as a size. The leggings collection listed 74 products when we checked. Shop Popflex leggings.

Snag

Snag sells tights and clothing and describes itself as “female owned, independent and fully size inclusive”; it says every product “in sizes 0-34, gets fitted on real people”. Its US store sells activewear under the name Active Vibes. The Squat-Proof Leggings ($66.99) run from size A/B (US 0–2) to J (US 32–34), in Long or Short leg lengths. The brand says they are made from a thick Ponte Roma fabric and are fully opaque. The same collection also includes its Chub Rub shorts and active tops. See the Active Vibes collection.

Spanx

Spanx is best known for shapewear and also sells an Active line. Its active leggings collection listed 106 products when we checked, all in XS–3X. The SPANXshape Booty Boost 7/8 Leggings ($98) were listed in 12 colors. The brand says they are made from its “breathable, sweat-wicking, and quick-drying FlexAppeal performance fabric” with a contoured, stay-in-place waistband. Choose Spanx if a shaping waistband matters more to you than the widest size range. Shop Spanx active leggings.

Superfit Hero

Superfit Hero is the only plus-only brand on this list: “All we do is Plus,” it says, with clothing “designed, developed, and fit tested exclusively for sizes L-7X”. The SuperHold Ankle Leggings ($98), which the brand calls its “#1 best seller”, have pockets and a stay-put waistband and come in L–7X. The SuperHold Racerback Sports Bra ($69) covers the same L–7X range, so tops and bottoms can be bought as a set. Shop Superfit Hero leggings.

Universal Standard

Universal Standard sells “Plus Size and Inclusive Fashion from 00 – 40”, and its activewear line is called GAME by Universal Standard. The Next-to-Naked Legging ($96) runs from 4XS (00–0) to 4XL (38–40), so you can match the letter size to a familiar numeric size. Its product page lists the fabric as 81% nylon and 19% Lycra, which the brand describes as sweat-wicking and antimicrobial. The active collection held 17 products when we checked, including bodysuits, bike shorts and tops. Shop the active collection.

If you are building your own plus-size activewear line

Plus sizes are a pattern job, not a scaled-up straight size: rise, waistband height, inseam and gusset all need their own grade rules, and a fit sample should be approved in the larger sizes too. Our article on size grading from XXS to 4XL walks through the measurements.

At YOUMEGA, stock styles with your logo start from 100 sets with mixed colors and sizes; full custom OEM/ODM starts at 300–500 pieces per style per color. Cut-and-sew is made at our Xiamen headquarters and seamless styles in Yiwu, where Santoni machines from 17″ to 21″ let us knit seamless styles in 2XL and 3XL. Samples take 7 days for a stock style with your logo, 10–15 days for OEM development, or about 7–10 days for ODM (design preparation not counted). See our plus-size activewear manufacturing page.

FAQ

What size is plus size in activewear? There is no single standard. On these sites, extended sizes are labeled 1X–4X (Beyond Yoga), 1X–3X (Popflex and Spanx), L–7X (Superfit Hero), up to 6XL (Girlfriend Collective), 00–40 (Universal Standard) or A/B–J for US 0–34 (Snag). Because the labels differ, compare your measurements with each brand’s size chart instead of carrying a letter size from one brand to another.

Which activewear brands go up to 6X or 7X? Of the brands here, Superfit Hero sells leggings and sports bras up to 7X, and Girlfriend Collective sells its compressive leggings and sports bras up to 6XL. Universal Standard’s largest size, 4XL, corresponds to its US 38–40, and Snag’s J corresponds to US 32–34. Check the size chart on the brand’s site, because the letters are not equivalent.

Do plus-size leggings cost more? Not at these seven brands. When we checked their US product listings in October 2026, every size of the same product carried the same price, including the largest sizes. Prices did vary between brands, from $66.99 for Snag’s Squat-Proof Leggings to $108 for Girlfriend Collective’s Compressive High-Rise Legging.

Can I get plus-size leggings for petite or tall women? Yes, at some brands. Popflex sells its Supersculpt Legging in five lengths matched to height, from Extra Petite (under 5′) to Extra Tall (6′ and over). Girlfriend Collective offers 23.75″, 28″ and 31″ inseams on its Compressive High-Rise Legging, and Snag offers Long and Short leg lengths.

Do these brands make plus-size sports bras too? Several do. Girlfriend Collective’s compressive sports bras run XXS–6XL, and Superfit Hero’s SuperHold Racerback Sports Bra runs L–7X. Beyond Yoga’s extended-size collection also includes bras alongside tops and leggings. Check the support level and the size chart on each product page, because bras are sized differently from leggings at some brands.

Can a small brand make its own plus-size activewear line? Yes. Start with patterns graded for the full size range and a fit sample in the larger sizes. With YOUMEGA, stock styles with your logo start from 100 sets with mixed colors and sizes, and full custom OEM/ODM starts at 300–500 pieces per style per color. Seamless styles can be knitted in 2XL and 3XL in our Yiwu facility.
