Short answer: YOUMEGA has 3,000+ activewear styles in stock, and you can browse them in our online catalog. Pick your styles, colors and sizes, and we add your logo, neck labels, wash labels, hangtags and packaging so they arrive as your own brand. Stock styles with your logo start from 100 sets in total, mixing styles, colors and sizes, with a 7-day sample and 20–25 days from confirmed order to factory dispatch. Without branding, plain stock starts from 50 pieces in total.
This route suits new brands, gyms, studios, creators and shops that want their own line without paying for pattern development. Below is what’s in the catalog, what we can add to a stock style, and where the limits are.

Counts are from the catalog in October 2026, and we update it seasonally. Each style shows its code, fabric, sizes and price, and the catalog runs in nine languages.
Here’s how to use it:
- Find styles. Search by style code, name or fabric, or filter by category, new arrivals and best sellers.
- Build your quote. Tap a style, choose colors and sizes, and add it to your quote. You can keep adding styles, because the minimum counts across the whole order.
- Try your logo. Tap Try My Logo and upload a PNG with a transparent background. You can show it on all products and download a mockup. Your logo stays in your browser until you submit an order.
- Send it to us. Generate a purchase order as a PDF or image, or send your quote as an inquiry. Open the catalog →
What you can add to a stock style
| Item | What it does | Your options | Good to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo on the garment | Puts your mark on the product | Heat transfer, silicone, 3D silicone, embroidery, screen print | Choose by fabric and look; see the table below |
| Neck label | Carries your brand inside the garment | Woven, printed satin or tagless heat transfer | Set up once per order, at any quantity |
| Wash label | Carries fiber content, care instructions and origin | Printed with your text and care symbols | Send the wording for your market |
| Hangtag | Gives each piece a retail finish | Your design on kraft or recycled paper | Printed as a batch and quoted to your design |
| Individual bag | Protects each piece | Standard clear bag | Included in the garment price |
| Custom bags | Puts your brand on the packaging | Clear zip bags or dust bags with your logo | Made in a run of 2,000; unused bags carry over to your next order |
| Stickers | Prepares goods for shops and marketplaces | Size, barcode and SKU stickers | Tell us the format your retailer needs |
Mailers, gift boxes and outer cartons are also available, quoted to your specification.
Logo on the garment: choose by fabric

| Method | The look | Works best on | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Heat transfer | Clean, flat and durable | Leggings, sports bras, tanks and smooth stretch fabric | Test white or pale logos on dark polyester, where dye can migrate into the logo |
| Silicone | Soft and lightly raised | Rib fabric and tonal branding | Color matching is more limited than heat transfer |
| 3D silicone | Raised, with a stronger presence | Visible logos, a premium look and high-stretch areas such as the thigh | Color matching is more limited than heat transfer |
| Embroidery | Stitched and textured | Hoodies, jackets and heavier garments | Can affect comfort and stretch on thin, high-stretch fabric |
| Screen print | Flat ink | Cotton blends and large logos | Can shift slightly on finished garments, so on stretch styles we usually recommend heat transfer |
A few things that help:
- Heat transfer, silicone and 3D silicone cost the same with us, so you can choose on look and feel. Embroidery and screen print are quoted separately.
- Each logo size and each logo color is its own plate. One logo in one size and color across your range keeps setup simple.
- Send vector artwork if you have it. AI, PDF and SVG are best for production, and a high-resolution PNG also works.
- Logo application typically takes 72 hours after your artwork is approved.
- You approve the placement. Before you order, preview your logo with Try My Logo or our free Brand Kit Visualizer. Once your order is confirmed, our design team prepares a placement proof, and nothing is applied until you’ve seen it and approved it.
Our notes on logo methods and custom logos at low MOQ cover wash durability and typical logo sizes.
Neck labels and wash labels

Neck labels. A woven label has real texture and reads as premium, though the edge can feel firm against bare skin. A printed satin label is smooth and soft. A tagless heat-transfer label has no edge at all, which suits next-to-skin styles such as leggings and bras. It’s soft and flat, and it wears faster than a woven label.
Wash labels. These carry the fiber content, care instructions and country of origin, and in many markets your company name or registered number. We print what you send us, so check the wording for each country you sell in. In the US, the importer is responsible for the label, not the factory that printed it. See US label rules and how US and EU labels differ.
Each style in the catalog lists its fabric, which gives you the starting point for the fiber line. For stretch fabrics, the care wording we recommend is cold or 30°C wash, no bleach, air dry and do not tumble dry.
Hangtags

A hangtag does more work than its size suggests, because it’s the first thing a customer reads when the garment comes out of the bag or off the rail. Keep it simple:
- Your brand name and logo.
- One line on what the product does or who it’s for.
- The style name and size, if you want them on the tag.
- Space for a barcode or price sticker if you sell through shops.
Send your design as print-ready artwork. If you sell mainly online, a simple single-card tag does the job. For boutiques and studios, a heavier card or a second card with care or brand notes gives more of a retail feel. Our note on hangtags, labels and packaging design goes through materials and attachment in detail.
Packaging

Every piece comes in a standard individual bag, and that’s included in the garment price, so a stock order is ready to pack and ship without any custom packaging.
Custom bags work differently from labels. They’re made by the bag maker in a run of 2,000, however many garments you order, so on a small first order they take a large share of the budget. Our advice is to start with the standard bag and add custom bags once your volume catches up. Unused bags carry over to your next order, so a run isn’t wasted when you do reorder.
Choose packaging by how the customer receives the product. Direct-to-customer brands get the most from a mailer and an unboxing moment, while wholesale and retail orders need clean bags, stickers and clear carton marks. Our packaging overview sets this out by sales channel.
Three ways to brand a stock order
| Level | What’s included | Suits | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo first | Your logo on each garment, in the standard individual bag | A first test with your own audience | The least to set up and the quickest to decide |
| Retail ready | Logo, neck label, wash label and hangtag, in the standard individual bag | Online stores, gyms, studios and boutiques | It looks and feels finished in the customer’s hands |
| Full brand | All of the above, with custom bags and size, barcode or SKU stickers | Shops, marketplaces and wholesale | Worth it once your volume uses up a 2,000-bag run |
Check your market’s label rules before you skip a custom wash label. Our startup cost breakdown shows where branding sits in a first budget.
What a first order can look like
The 100 sets count across the whole order, so even the smallest order can be a small collection. These are examples only, and each one adds up to 100 sets:
| Who’s ordering | Example mix | Branding level |
|---|---|---|
| A creator’s first drop | 100 sets of one hero style in two colors | Logo first |
| A yoga or pilates studio | 60 seamless sets in two colors and 40 cut-and-sew sets in one neutral | Retail ready |
| A gym | 50 women’s sets and 50 men’s sports sets, in the stock colors closest to the gym’s own | Retail ready |
| A tennis or golf club | 60 tennis skirt sets and 40 golf polo sets | Retail ready |
For most first collections, we’d keep to two to four styles in two or three colors, and plan your size split before you confirm.
What stays fixed on a stock style
A stock order changes the branding around the garment and leaves the garment as it is. Any change to the garment itself moves it to a custom order.
| You want to change | Route | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Logo, labels, hangtags, packaging | Stock + your logo | From 100 sets in total, mixing styles, colors and sizes |
| Neckline, length, straps or pockets | ODM | 300–500 pieces per style, per color |
| Zips, drawcords, webbing or other trims | ODM | 300–500 pieces per style, per color |
| Fabric, or a color we don’t stock | Custom | 300–500 pieces per style, per color, depending on the fabric |
| A new design from your tech pack | OEM | 300–500 pieces per style, per color |
Stock styles are offered to many brands, which is what keeps them fast and low-minimum. If a style sells well, you can develop your own version of it later. We explain that path in choosing a factory for a new activewear brand.

To quote a branded stock order, we need:
- Your style codes, colors and sizes, or a purchase order generated from the catalog.
- Your logo file, plus the method and position you want.
- Neck label and hangtag artwork, if you have it.
- The wash label wording for your market.
- Your shipping destination and preferred terms.
Who we are
We’re a private-label activewear manufacturer with two of our own factories, cut-and-sew in Xiamen and seamless in Yiwu, and 1,000+ private-label projects since 2017. Logo work happens in our own factory, finished garments are inspected under AQL 2.5, and we reply within 24 hours on working days. When you’re ready to go beyond stock, ODM and OEM run under the same roof from 300–500 pieces per style, per color. You can read more on our private-label page and services page.
FAQ
What is the minimum order for stock activewear with my logo? From 100 sets in total. The 100 counts across the whole order, so you can mix styles, colors and sizes. Without a logo, plain in-stock styles start from 50 pieces in total, also mixed, and they’re supplied as they are, with no logo, label or construction changes.
Can I get custom labels and hangtags on a sample? Usually not. Custom labels, hangtags and bags are made in batches, so for a sample we show photos or available examples and produce them properly in bulk. The sample is there to confirm fabric, fit and, if you ask for it, your logo, and it takes 7 days.
Do I have to order custom packaging? No. Every piece comes in a standard individual bag, included in the garment price. Custom bags are made in a run of 2,000 and unused bags carry over to your next order, so on a small first order the standard bag is often the better choice. You can add custom bags on a later order.
Can I preview my logo before I order? Yes. In the catalog, Try My Logo shows your logo on a style and lets you download a mockup, and our free Brand Kit Visualizer shows it on garments too. After your order is confirmed, our design team prepares a placement proof, and nothing is applied until you approve it.
Can I change the color, fabric or a zip on a stock style? Not on a stock order. Any change to the garment itself, including a trim such as a zip or drawcord, moves it to a custom order at 300–500 pieces per style, per color. Stock orders keep the garment as it is and change the branding around it.
Will other brands have the same style? They can. Stock styles are offered to many brands, which is why they’re fast and low-minimum. Your logo, labels, packaging and photography are what make the style yours. If you need a design no one else can order, develop it as your own and agree exclusivity in writing before sampling.
