Each site names the swimwear it makes; they are grouped by province, not ranked.

Unijoy
Unijoy says it set up its factory in 2008 and is located in Jinjiang, Fujian; its footer names Xiamen Unijoy Import & Export Co., Ltd., at an address in Xiamen. It offers custom OEM and ODM service for women’s, kids’ and men’s swimwear, from bikinis and burkinis to rash guards, swim diapers and floating swimsuits. As listed on its site in September 2026:

It offers OEM from your tech packs and in-house ODM design for bikinis, one-pieces, board shorts, maternity and kids’ swimwear, rash guards and sun shirts. As listed on its site in September 2026:

Fujian Yucai Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (YUCAI), with a factory address in Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou, calls itself a swimwear manufacturer “specializing in OEM and ODM production for global brands” and offers private label packaging. It lists bikinis, one-pieces, tankinis, resort wear, and kids’ and men’s swimwear. As listed on its site in September 2026:

- Samples typically 48–72 hours; bulk normally 35–45 days after sample approval.
- Capacity: 50,000+ pieces a month; 8 production lines; 150+ workers.

Joy Sportwear
Joy Sportwear says it was established in 2012 in Dongguan, Guangdong, and is “a professional swimwear manufacturing factory”. It offers ODM/OEM manufacturing and private label, working from tech packs, reference images or sample garments. Its range: solid, printed, crochet and embroidered bikinis, tankinis, one-pieces, sports swimwear, cover-ups, and men’s and kids’ swimwear. As listed on its site in September 2026:

Welon Sport & Fashion Group
Welon Sport & Fashion Group Limited says it is “specialized in manufacturing and exporting of swimwear”, with a business office in Guangdong, plants in Foshan and Semarang, Indonesia, and a Hong Kong address. It takes custom-made orders and offers its own prints and styles. Its range: fashion, sport, modest and plus-size swimwear, board shorts, rash guards and kids’ swimwear. As listed on its site in September 2026:

As listed on its site in September 2026:

The pages we read name no legal company or factory. It lists bikinis, one-pieces, tankinis, swim trunks, board shorts, and kids’ and tan-through swimwear. As listed on its site in September 2026:
- MOQ: “as low as 60 pieces”.
- First prototype 2–3 weeks; “15 Day fast production”, start point not given.
- Capacity and certifications: not stated.
- Fabrics: regenerated nylon; recycled nylon and OEKO-TEX certified materials from mills it works with.

Zhejiang
Yteng Sport
Yteng Sport Co., Ltd, in the Jiangbin Fotang Industrial Zone of Yiwu, Zhejiang, says it is “a swimwear Manufacturer and good at OEM or ODM”. It lists bikinis, one-pieces, kids’ and men’s swimwear, swim goggles and caps. As listed on its site in September 2026:
- MOQ: 1,500 pieces per bikini set or bathing suit for custom orders.
- Custom samples charged, cost refunded after an order; sample and bulk times not stated.
- Capacity: up to 25,000 swimsuits a day; more than 200 employees.
- Fabrics: recycled Repreve or Econyl. Standards named: BSCI social compliance audit; it says it follows ISO 9001:2008 production guidelines.

Ask each company to answer these in its written quote:
- Which service is quoted: private label on existing styles, ODM changes to them, or OEM from your tech pack. Hongxiu Clothing sets a different minimum for each.
- How the MOQ is counted: per style per color, per color (Wavezone) or per bikini set or bathing suit (Yteng Sport), and whether tops and bottoms count separately.
- Fabric: composition, weight and lining, with a test report for any chlorine-resistance or UPF claim.
- Where lead times start and end: payment or sample approval; working or calendar days; ex-factory or delivered.
- Sample terms: fee, revision rounds, and whether the fee is credited against bulk.
- Whose name is on each certificate: factory, fabric mill or partner; ask for copies and check the scope.
- Trims and packaging: labels, hang tags, hygienic liners and bags.

TideLine advertises “15 Day fast production”; Joy Sportwear states 25–35 days; Hongxiu Clothing 28–35 days; Wavezone a delivery time of usually 30 days; Unijoy 30–45 days after payment and PP sample approval; YUCAI 35–45 days after sample approval. Welon and Yteng Sport state none on the pages we read. Ask whether each figure ends when goods leave the factory.

Named on these sites: nylon/spandex and polyester/spandex (Hongxiu Clothing gives 82/18 and 85/15 at about 200 GSM; Unijoy also lists peached twill polyester); recycled yarns (Repreve or Econyl at Yteng Sport, regenerated nylon at TideLine); and chlorine-resistant or UPF 50+ options (Wavezone, YUCAI).
Which certifications should I ask a swimwear manufacturer for? Ask for documents that match your label and product-page claims: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 for textiles tested for harmful substances, GRS or RCS for recycled content, and social audits such as amfori BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA or WRAP. Check holder and scope: Welon separates garment-factory and fabric-mill certificates, and YUCAI names GRS and RCS through partners.
